Our policies

Consultation – We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Towards that end, our Skin Health Experts offer complimentary consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, both client and Skin Health Expert will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client.

Schedule – Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. You may call or walk in to see if we have availability. However, most procedures are scheduled in advance.

Arrival – If this is your first time visiting REJUV AVE., please arrive at 10-15 mins early. We require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms. You can download/print these forms at the top of this page to get a head start on your visit.

Late arrival – We understand life gets in the way, and running late is a result. This can, unfortunately, effect your visit. If you arrive late, we may not be able to do a full treatment or perform it at all. We strongly urge you to call us if you even think you will be late so we can try and adjust. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.

Cancellations – Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. If you ‘no-show’ and do not notify us of your cancellation, you will be charged 50% of your service. You may send us a message on our contact page as well.

Product returns – At the current time, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged. We will do our best to match you with the perfect product.

Payment – REJUV AVE. accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also have custom financing available for several of our series of treatments.
